Proceedings at all meetings of the Union shall be governed by Roberts' Rules of Order, where they are applicable and consistent with the bylaws of the Union. Temporary suspension of Roberts' Rules of Order during any meeting must be approved by a two-thirds majority of the members present in voting.

General Meeting

Unless otherwise notified, the Capilano University Faculty Association has a General meeting the first and third Tuesday of every month, from 11:40 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., in LB 322. Coffee and cookies are provided, but you should bring your own lunch. Stewards' Meeting

Stewards usually meet the fourth Tuesday of every month, from 11:40 a.m. to 12:50 p.m., in LB 322. A notice will be sent prior to the meeting asking for attendance confirmation. Lunch is provided. Please send agenda items to Nanci Lucas, chief steward.

Coordinators' Roundtable

Coordinators' generally meet the second Tuesday of each month, from 11:40 to 12:50, in LB 322. A notice will be sent prior to the meeting asking for attendance confirmation. Lunch is provided. Please send agenda items to John Wilson, president.

Executive Meetings

Your CFA executive members meet every Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 11:30.

The CFA office is located in Fir 501e and is generally open from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday.
